Now that the 3,300 sq. ft. addition to my office building on Upton Drive is complete, I feel an obligation to tell you how very satisfied I am with the professional services you have provided over the past twelve months.
First, you managed the entire construction project in a way that balanced my needs and wishes with the reality of sound building principals and the capabilities of the builder, Ott Construction.
Second, you handled approval negotiations with the City of St. Joseph and their building inspection staff so efficiently that I spent no unnecessary time dealing with that process. You kept me informed and brought me into the procedures only when a decision or point of preference needed to be made.
Third, and possibly most important, you created a strong, functional structure with an attractive interior and exterior appearance, yet incorporated my ideas and the builder's without taking them as a threat to your ability or integrity.

I wanted to thank you for the excellent architectural services that you provided for me. Chris, you and your staff were very professional and helpful at all times. I've had numerous compliments on the finished appearance of the building both inside and out. I know if it wasn't for your critical attention to detail and perseverance that the outcome would not have been as great as it is.
I would certainly recommend you highly to anyone having to undergo this project and hopefully they wouldn't be as critical as I was just for your sake. I especially enjoyed our post Wednesday afternoon meetings and hope we can do that in the future.
