Chris you are a genius! Thank you for transforming a dark 1960's flat-roofed beach cottage into a bright, spacious magnificent home! Your design captured my vision for the swan I believed our ugly duckling home could become! The interior flow works beautifully and the space is filled with natural light, due to the many windows and open floor plan. The exterior of the house is unique yet traditional - I am calling it "contemporary cottage," but I am not sure that is an accurate architectural term! Thank you.
